Specialized transport, lifting, warehousing, packaging, surveying and insurance services may be performed directly or coordinated through qualified and appropriately licensed partners, depending on the cargo and service requirements. Where a service is reserved to a licensed professional (legal representation, insurance underwriting, engineering sign-off), it is provided by that qualified third party, not by The Mills directly.
The Mills coordinates permit assessment, applications and customs filings, but does not issue or guarantee any government approval. Applicability, documentary requirements, inspections, processing and approval remain subject to current law and the responsible Philippine agency. Priority or time-critical handling is likewise not a guarantee of release or delivery within a fixed period.
The Mills Advisory and related coordination services do not replace legal, tax, engineering, insurance or other regulated professional advice. Reserved services are separately provided by duly qualified professionals, including Maulit Law where applicable, under their own engagement.
